Stephen Welsh- President & CEO

  • Prior to acquiring SES, 11 years ownership consulting firm OPxcel, focused on Operational Excellence in the Construction Industry, GSA, DOD, NSA. Top Secret Clearance.
  • 7 years management Honeywell Building Controls & North America Six Sigma/Lean Leader.
  • 14 years managing a construction materials distribution firm.
  • Acquired Standard Energy Solutions in 2015 from Standard Solar.
  • Executive MBA Loyola University, Six Sigma Blackbelt (Honeywell)

Robert Young – CFO & COO

  • Started career in public accounting in 1985 with Walpert, Smullian & Blumenthal P.A. (Now RSM Mcgladrey) in Baltimore, Maryland.
  • 1987 joined Maryland Homebuilder, The Gilligan Group as their VP, Finance
  • 1999 joined Toll Brothers, Inc. as their Regional CFO, building in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina.
  • 2007 joined Ryland Homes (Now CalAtlantic) in San Antonio, TX.
  • 2008 became the first Chief Financial Officer of a national public residential real estate preservation company, Field Asset Services, in Austin, Texas.
  • 2012 became Senior Vice President of Finance and Residential Repairs at Mortgage Specialists International.
  • MBA Loyola University, CPA- MD, VA, TX
